Channel Letters With Halo Lighting
Halo lit channel letters – also known as reverse channel letters – are often used when a more refined look is important. Halo lit channel letters are typically installed with spacers to maintain a gap between the rear of the letters and the wall or other mounting surface in order to allow the light to exit through the rear of the letters and reflect off the wall, creating what is known as the halo effect. This is accomplished by constructing the letters with their open side facing backwards – hence the name reverse channel letters.
Our Halo Lit Channel Letters are typically constructed using:
- 0.080″-0.125″ Aluminum Faces
- 5″ x 0.063″-0.080″ Aluminum Returns
- 3/16″ Transparent Lexan Backing
- LED Illumination
